Why We Use A Designer
Our process, for any Shipping Container design, begins with our Designer. Shipping Container design is a serious investment and not something to take lightly. Our Designer is qualified to create an action plan for your space and she has a trained eye to see spaces in a way that others do not. She is educated in Building Codes, both National and Provincial, and understands how to work with and design using Shipping Containers.
The design that she creates is what we use to provide you with an estimate for your build. We start each build in this manner to ensure that we provide you with accurate pricing and to show you the possibilities of the space. Each build is architecturally unique and the drawings will be required to obtain your building permit(s) as well as provide our builder with measurements and instructions when your build goes into construction.
She will work with you to plan your space, create AutoCAD drawings (floor plans and elevations), assist you in selecting materials and finishes as well as create a 3D Model of the space, if you wish!
